Intro

There are a number of good backstories in OverWatch, but I recently learned more of what I had just previously thought was only Moira being cranky with Mercy. One of my brothers put it well:

Edgy and dramatic. Underlying a creed that she is really in it for the science. Fun character design.

  • Mercy: I’d rather wait a century for progress than cause the harm you have.

Moira’s Impatient Deadline

I’ve always thrived under a deadline.

  • Lifeweaver: What is your fascination with artificial decay?
  • Moira: To reverse entropy, we must tame it.
  • Lifeweaver: But inflicting it on yourself? You’re withering away!
