Big balance patch

We see many nerfs in today’s patch, especially for healers. In particular we see Anna, Illari, and Zen got significantly nerfed in different ways. Perhaps Blizzard has been listening to ArX, who wanted all healers nerfed.

Numbani lost, without Moira super healing

Numbani is a strong map for Moira; in the past I have seen and played 18k+ healing games, because your team tends to orient in the alleys to push the cart, and mad area dealing has rich dividends. I failed to implement that, though.

Shambali: we had a good defense, but theirs was better

We held them to just after the first point, which seemed good. I thought we would have a solid win because we did a good hold on them…
