Bronze elims?

Elims are a key indicator in the bottom of Bronze, where skill varies too much for number lies

Is it a rule that in Bronze you can always tell the winner by the Elim diff? Numbers lie more at higher levels of play, but are more honest for permabronze, where things vary dramatically.

Rerank: 69% superior

only better than 69%, but then, I had a minus score for that set

The feature of Permabronze is that Bronze 5 is my HOME. I want my score to be in the top 90% of Bronze 5, though I will have to wait until later in the season when smurfs, legitimate and otherwise, have moved on.
