The reason is that you must spread some chaos to slow their team down, because if they are only a tank up, they can just march through your team. Of course, this demands becoming a threatening Moira, so I need to dramatically improve my dueling skills with Moira.

Book review By Obert Skye and the audio read by our fan-favorite Kirby Heyborne. A quick critique on the audio: at several points in the book the reader gets excited and shouts, and the audio mastering is such that it is loud and jarring – we quickly had to turn it off in the presence of sleeping children, and I finished it with headphones later. A fun little jaunt, and resonating with a wider experience base than most YA fantasy novels (eg divorce, abandonment, estranged family), as well as typical inclusions like “doesn’t fit in.
Tanks vs Moira are only good for wasted time If you can solo waste their time, that is good. But often they can just kill you and absorb your orbs, so unless you are successfully leading them on a wild duck chase, or are supporting others in targeting the tank, don’t spend you time on them. THis can be especially hard when they have an aggressive in-your-face tank, but that is exactly when you must use Moira’s excellent mobility to get by them and make the tank’s absence felt on their own team.
Pharah is good in Bronze, but shouldn’t be this good Pharah here was dominating our team (admittedly, our team was suffering in every role, mine included). I did manage to kill her once, but in general it’s hard for a support to heal vs Pharah; normally, she gets severely countered by your DPS going hitscan. The Lesson: ping more Big lesson for me: ping more. This is as legitimate an action as throwing an orb, at least against an orb-resistant one like Pharah.

What prompted the loss streak? It’s hard to say, but I’ll venture to guess that it was a lack of team synchrony; the other teams just outplayed ArX teams (and perhaps he wasn’t at his best, either). Vs. Reaper ArX gives a good explanation of how to play against a Reaper with Moira.

The opponents were running Zarya and then Doomfist, and with their DPS countered the other team well. Possibly the Rein worked against their Brig well, and was a strong choice for holding point.

Second round he shared the rule of spawn camping: if your team dies, do NOT trickle but instead regroup.
New Queen St. mistake: too much attention to the tank Rule of thumb as Moira: don’t waste time on the tank. That is, unless you are wasting THEIR time and pulling them away from their team, which I wasn’t. Again I made the mistake of playing too much on the point on a tug-of-war map. As Moira I should position myself on the flanks, where my heals are also greatest.

Mercy has a style so utterly different from Moira that the contrast is both interesting and instructive. Note that zhau plays a normally 0-damage Mercy, which is totally viable (maybe best?) since damage boosting is usually far better than whatever damage Mercy deals with her pistol. Like Moira, she is a close-range healer; in fact, not having orbs, she is much more bound to the medium-close ranges than is Moira.
